Throughout my twenty-five years of career coaching practice, my aim has always been to see clients flourish in a career that is an optimal fit for their skills, values, personality, and personal circumstances.
To this end I utilize my theoretical knowledge, coupled with extensive practical experience, in coaching clients who are looking to enter a career for the first time, as well as those contemplating a mid-career change.
I do believe that suitable career paths are discovered when a client is afforded a secure space in which to explore possibilities alongside a coach who takes the role of a sounding-board, and an informed resource to clarify the way forward.
